Massive Manhunt for Ralph "Bucky" Phillips -- $225,000 Reward

At the time he escaped, Phillips had long hair and a beard.
Police say Phillips is suspected of the June 10 shooting of an officer during a traffic stop. Now, police believe Bucky has raised the stakes and ambushed two state troopers near the Chautauqua County village of Fredonia, about 40 miles southwest of Buffalo.

I don't know why you guys think he's Indian, but these kwapkillers never seem to do enough damage.
He could have gotten both of those ZOGkwaps if he'd had the sense of mind to follow up by putting one in their heads. It's the only way they'll learn. You can't let them think they'll live if the ambulance is around the corner. Have to instill fear.
If he gets another one, I will have marked it up as an even enough trade, but if he only ends up getting the one I'll consider it a bad deal.

I hope they shoot this scumbag and leave him where they find him. This jerk-off escaped with only 4 days left on a burglary conviction and sentence.
Supposedly, he wasn't aware that he was going to be released. I hear that it had something to do with a technicality.

I saw more about it on the news. A negress running a "Half Way House" where Bucky was staying decided to deny him time with his family, just to be a nigger bitch. Then because he called her a bitch for denying a visit with his family, she reported him to the prison, which declared he violated his parole, adding FIVE MONTHS to the time he'd have to serve to boot!
So the kwaps thought they were fvcking with a White boy, and not a volatile red Indian.
