Police investigating case of puppies found mutilated in Oakland

It would be easy to blame the negros but Oakland has a sizable mongoloid and growing spic population. Mongoloids could be cutting off pieces of the puppies for some type of "tradition Chinese medicine" or "keeping the meet fresh" by cutting off just enough to serve customers. Spic could be having some to dog fight games.
