No doubt by blacks to draw attention to themselves and make them appear as poor innocent victims, as usual. Same with the Swaz painting jews. Note in this video news clip that someone spray paint on a van and building and spelled racist "racits", I am not the best speller in history either, it is possible a dumb white did this but I think very unlikely.
