The NAACP is calling the case a bias crime. The county office declined to usurp Lakewood police, citing a standard policy of assisting police departments with bias allegations. "The local department is conducting the investigation," Assistant Prosecutor Martin Anton said Wednesday. "The reports are being sent to us and we review the material as we receive it." The Ocean County/Lakewood branch of the NAACP has alleged the crime is a bias incident because the teenager, Jamarr Dickerson, is a black youth who was assaulted. Then a crowd of white men gathered around him and uttered a series of racial slurs, the NAACP alleges. The men wore attire typical of Orthodox Jews and said, among other slurs, that black youth did not belong in a predominantly Jewish section of Lakewood, the boy's family has said. Warren A. Sherard, NAACP branch president, said in a prepared statement issued Wednesday that the case should be taken over by the prosecutor's office "or even perhaps a federal prosecutor." "The Lakewood Police Department is a very professional organization, but the circumstances surrounding this case are sensitive enough to warrant some outside help," Sherard said. "This is not a question of not trusting . . . it is a question of trust — but verify." The incident happened last week as Dickerson took a shortcut through an alley behind some houses near Lawrence Avenue. Dickerson said he was on his way to a friend's house when Elchonon Zimmerman, who lives on Lawrence Avenue, told him he was on private property and then tried to take the youth's picture with his cell phone camera. A scuffle ensued and when a patrolman arrived, he found Zimmerman kneeling on the youth's back, police have said. Dickerson was treated and released from the hospital for injuries that he said included cuts on his neck and shoulder and some bruises. Dickerson said he also had a shoe print on his right arm. Zimmerman was charged with simple assault. Public Safety Director Al Peters said Wednesday he referred the case to the Prosecutor's Office before the NAACP statement so he could be sure the case was handled properly. He said he believed the county would come to the conclusion that Lakewood police acted by the book. "We did file a bias incident report," Peters said. "We did not file bias crime charges. It did not fit." Sherard, though, questioned why only one person has been arrested in connection with the incident when Dickerson reported several men either touched him or uttered racial slurs. "It is our position that everyone that put their hand on this child or yelled racial slurs at him while he was being assaulted . . . is part of the alleged crime," Sherard said. "We will not be satisfied with the arrest of one lone participant." Peters countered that no one is coming forward to identify who any of those men are and since Zimmerman is not accused of issuing racial slurs, he does not meet the requirements for bias charges.

Notice the sentence: 'A group of White men wearing attire typical of Orthodox jews. ' Even when it is jews that are openly beating and insulting a nigger, telling him he is not welcome in a kike 'hood, they are called White by the media. Can you say bias? No, this is beyond bias. This is BS. The article makes it seem like these kikes were White supremacists when in reality they were, well, kikes. Not that I would mind some Klansmen beating the s&%t out of a nigger, because that is what niggers richly deserve, but that is not what happened here.

Lakewood is the biggest nest of these kike scumbags. I think the NSM should take a stroll through there one day. I know Hal would agree. I'd even be happy to show up for that one. We will be covering this on the next GoyFire as well.

Years ago I had a friend that had to commute daily through Lakewood.
He was the prototypical PC leftie - always quick to defend anything/anyone
non-White. Also, at the time he was having an affair with a jewess.

Then one day he got a new job that necessitated driving through Lakewood, NJ.
This tolerant lover-of-all-people would rant and rave about his daily commute
through Lakewood - about how the orthodox jews were incredibly bad
drivers, thought they owned the road (I guess they do), would pull out in
front of you, trying to get you to rear-end them, then start screaming at
him if he had the chutzpah to honk his horn at one of the Chosen, etc.
These Lakewood kikes drove that PC poster-child absolutely nuts.
