He's the villain of course....but I don't know how anyone could rent a room from this guy:

When calling about staying there, upon hearing the name, "Cesar Adam Mendez Fuentes", it is time to hang up.

^^I've heard lots of similar stories, including a man held captive by a homosexual.

I can't believe anyone uses them, frankly, but I'd do so with extreme caution.
