Phyllis filed for divorce yesterday, hence Hal's new address. Since the co-op/condo is in HER name, Hal is shit outta there mister (details are available at the Hudson County Courthouse) She claims mental and physical abuse against her and their son. Seems Hal has both a drug and alcohol problem..
