Separatist sentiments are running high in Quebec and the powers that be fear a demand for a third referendum on secession. The last one was only narrowly defeated with the help of the kike population and their money. Oy, freedom would be bad for business they cried. This appears to be a crude attempt to take the steam out of the free Quebec movement.
