I posted this is a hurry last night, and failed to make a key comment about this story.

Seems to me that being careless and thoughtless in the safety of their children is very common with these Hasidics.

There have been numerous cases in Lakewood throughout the years where some thoughtless jew stupidly left some child in a car during a very hot day and the kid roasted in the closed car. In all of the cases, I seem to recall the victim being a jew.

In this case, as Mike pointed out, their own carelessness is the cause of this baby's injuries, but here they are posting on the internet looking for prayers and sympathy. IMHO, this is nothing short of despicable.
