Moscow - Nationalists, Russophobes and anti-Semites determine the current course in Ukraine to a large extent, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in his appeal to Russia's Federal Assembly on March 18.

"Nationalists, neo-Nazis, Russophobes and anti-Semites have become the main executors of the revolt. Namely they determine to a large extent the life of Ukraine up until now," Putin said.
