COLUMBUS RADIO ADVERTISING
Stations say ‘jihad’ car spots go too far

THE COLUMBUS DISPATCH
Some Columbus radio stations have rejected as insensitive an advertisement for a car dealership that invokes Islamic references.
The general manager of the dealership, though, says the promotions — which he called "tongue-in-cheek" — will air on some stations beginning next week.
In the spot, Keith Dennis of Dennis Mitsubishi talks about "launching a jihad on the automotive market."
Sales representatives "will be wearing burqas all weekend long," the ad says. One of the vehicles on sale "can comfortably seat up to 12 jihadists in the back."
"Our prices are lower than the evildoers’ every day. Just ask the pope! " the ad says. "Friday is fatwa Friday, with free rubber swords for the kiddies."
Jeff Wilson, general manager of Radio One stations WCKX (107.5 FM), WJYD (106.3 FM) and WXMG (98.9 FM), doesn’t intend to air the spot.
"We won’t play that," Wilson said. "With no disrespect to their creativity or their desire to build business, everything we’re about is promoting the values of diversity. To air things of that sort would go against our mission statement."

I know many are complaining about this commercial spot out of some sense of "patriotism" or 9/11-type victimization, but I see this as an unacceptable portrayal of Islam.
Can you imagine a car dealership targeting "Bible thumpers" or "Jesus freaks" in an advertisement?? As we "love our own race, instead of hating others", a healthy respect and understanding of other cultures and religions will bring us closer to our goal in my opinion.
In no way am I promoting "racial diversity"; I am in favor of "diversity of knowledge".
"Everything we admire on this Earth today—science and art, technology and invention—is solely the creative product of a few peoples, and perhaps originally, of one race. On them depends the existence of this entire culture. If they perish, the beauty of this Earth will sink into the grave with them." A. Hitler

While I may understand "other religions and cultures", I cerainly have no obligation or sense of guilt that requires me to respect them. You're on the wrong page.
If it weren't for me, where would I be?

I respect your right to disagree, but I have to reject your parting shot as being unproductive and unnecessary.
I made no case for "obligations" or "guilt". If we were to assume leadership of this country tomorrow, would you find it necessary to have a foriegn policy?
When Hitler established his system of "barter economics", allowing Germany to side-step the international Jewish banking system, could he have traded farm equipment for grains with Argentina if he had previously referred to them as "Spics"? I highly doubt it.
Our current system of government once provided arms to Saddam, and then later deposed him as the rightful leader of his country. So, I guess my point is to establish relations with others that not only benefit our people, but also are consistent with the concepts we hold dear: honor, integrity, and character. I suggest this policy would be more beneficial than the current hyprocrisy and deciet under which we operate today.

Diversity in melanin levels or diversity in creative thinking capacity?
Is he talking about epidermises or brains?
Guess he doesn't want any Muslims in his diversity program. Their melanin levels aren't media approved. Their melanin levels have been deemed terrible. Or wait, maybe their brains are terrible. I'm so confused.
Ah hell, these guys are merchants. They'll say damn near ANYTHING to sell a few cars. Bunch of hucksters. I've heard some corny car dealership ads in my day, I have, but this beats all.

Respect is something that is earned, and when you can explain to me why I should respect any religion or culture that has the stated aim of obliterating the White race and our culture, then I might say you are on the right page.
Commercial transactions with other cultures --whether they are "respected" or not-- is nothing to be shied away from. Unless of course you are talking about the state of israel.
There is only one acceptable portrayal of islam, and that is the truth about its founder and the ideology its imams spread about all other religions and cultures. Not much difference between them with their koran and the jew with his talmud.
Respect them if you wish, but I will certainly do otherwise.
