According to the Associated Press a local paper ran a notice Wednesday (June 4) saying his estate would be auctioned off “at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash” at the Fayette County courthouse on July 1.

His home is [color="Red"]54,000-square-foot home, is located on [color="red"]Evander Holyfield Highway, and has 109 rooms, including [color="red"]17 bathrooms, three kitchens and a [color="red"]bowling alley.

During his 24-year boxing career, Holyfield has made [color="red"]hundreds of millions of dollars — including a reported $34 million for his second bout with Tyson in 1997, where Tyson — who has also experienced his own financial problems — bit off Holyfield’s ear.
