A suburb of Chimpcago is going to give $25000 to each nigger in the city as reparations for all the racism they've incurred.
You think this will shut them up? Of course not. Now niggers are going to demand every city do that. and then when every city has done that, they are all going to demand that each state give them more money. And when that happens, they are going to demand that the US government give them money.
