Report: British Diplomat Arrested for Anti-Semitic Tirade

A British diplomat was arrested for an anti-semitic tirade at his gym, the Times of London reports.

Rowan Laxton — a diplomat with Britain's Foreign and Commonwealth Office — reportedly shouted, "Fing Israelis, fing Jews," after watching television news reports of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict at his gym in London.

Laxton also allegedly called for Israeli soldiers to be "wiped off the face of the Earth," the paper reports.

A spokeswoman from Laxton's office declined to comment on the case, saying it is "currently subject to police inquiries," according to the Times of London.

Laxton, 47, reportedly heads the Foreign and Commonwealth Office's South Asia Group. Fox News
