Say what you will about Jason Kessler, but you have to admit the man punches way above his weight which you cannot help but admiring. Jason has been waging a grueling uphill battle against the anti-White city of Charlottesville, Virginia for years now. A city which has infamously taken the term anarcho-tyranny to all new heights.
Also, he and several of our men have been defending themselves against the vile Jewess, Roberta Kaplan, and her horde of gollum lawyers in Sines v. Kessler. Our lads’ defense has been made purposely difficult by the anti-White powers that be even though this is probably the most frivolous lawsuit in the history of this country.
Kaplan on her “ideal outcome” for the case:
We absolutely can and will bankrupt these groups. And then we will chase these people around for the rest of their lives. So if they try to buy a new home, we will put a lien on the home. If they get a new job, we will garnish their wages. The reason to do that is because we want to create a deterrence impact. So we send a message to other people that if you try to do something like this, the same thing will happen to you. And it already has been a deterrence. We’re seeing lone shooters now; we’re not seeing the kind of massively organized conspiracy we saw in Charlottesville. And I think that’s in large part due to our case.

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
