Turns out the ZOG thuggery had no idea they were going to bust Mladic. What they've been doing is simply busting into random houses on a completely routine basis: hoping to "get lucky".
Sorta like what the Indiana sheriff said after the State Supreme Court ruled it's unlawful for a citizen to resist an illegal home invasion by the Kwaps: "Now we will conduct random house searches anytime we want to..."
