In the Aegean Sea, the Coast Guard of Greece has detained the Nour M dry cargo ship traveling under the flag of Sierra Leone from Ukraine and carrying a large quantity of weapons and explosives without relevant documents, local mass-media write.
Cops learned to "extrapolate" from bureaucrats who said they were estimating;except when civilians do this- it's called Lieing.
