As you would expect, it's an all-day guilt trip designed to make you "confront" any racist feelings you might have. Both times I had to sit through it, the facilitator was a nigger (once a nigger buck, the other time a nigger sow). Little games like the the facilitator asking the class "What is a nigger?" And then going around the room to EACH participant and extracting an answer. Again, forcing you to confront the collective racism of the evil White race.

Diversity training never had the intended effect on me. I go into the session pissed off that I have to be there, and just play along till it's over. It's usually best to repeat the mantra "Diversity is our greatest strength" a couple of times, and you'll sail through with flying colors.
