There's a photo.
First reports (on the Canadian Broadcasting Co) just say, "The suspect is described as a male in his 20's who was wearing a yellow construction hard hat, blue shirt and gloves at the time."
Happened again (3rd time). Mayor is giving his opinion, too. LOL.
