Eddie Rivera was scheduled to be arraigned Monday on charges of aggravated rape of a minor and aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon, a knife.
Police say they responded to a Merrimac Avenue home on Sunday after getting a home invasion report. Officers then heard allegations that a teenager had been raped.
