Sex Offender Convicted in N.D. Slaying
FARGO, N.D. Aug 30, 2006 (AP)— A federal jury declared a convicted sex offender guilty Wednesday in the kidnapping and killing of college student Dru Sjodin, whose body was found abandoned in a Minnesota ravine.
The verdict against Alfonso Rodriguez Jr. clears the way for the first death penalty deliberations in North Dakota in more than a century.
Rodriguez stared straight ahead as the verdict was read.
Sjodin, 22, a University of North Dakota student from Pequot Lakes, Minn., was abducted from the parking lot of a Grand Forks shopping mall on Nov. 22, 2003. Her body was found the following April in a ravine near Crookston, Minn. Rodriguez lived in Crookston at the time.
Prosecutors said Sjodin was stabbed, raped and left to die.
The jurors deliberated for less than four hours before returning the verdict. They are to reconvene next Tuesday to deliberate on whether Rodriguez is eligible for the death penalty. North Dakota does not have the death penalty, but it is allowed in federal cases.
Sjodin's mother and father stared straight ahead as the verdict was read, but family members shared hugs later outside the courtroom.
Rodriguez' mother, Dolores, wiped her face with a tissue.
In closing arguments Tuesday, U.S. Attorney Drew Wrigley told jurors Sjodin fought for her life and left "unmistakable" evidence about the crime.
Rodriguez's attorney, Robert Hoy, said the government failed to prove its case. He said a medical examiner called to testify by prosecutors could not say for certain where Sjodin died, when she died, or the cause of her death.
But Wrigley told jurors that blood found in Rodriguez's car matched Sjodin's DNA. He said it was found in a mist pattern, indicating Sjodin fought her attacker and was beaten.

You know something? I didn't have children so that they could grow up to be victimized by subhuman scumbag filth. I know many of you on this board have or are expecting children, and this is the kind of BULLSHIT that WE WILL ALL have to worry about!
When is enough going to be enough? It is hard for me to restrain myself from saying some of the things that I want to say, as it could jeopardize my children, and the existence of this forum. But I am getting very impatient with the current state of affairs. Very impatient and very pissed off...

I think you speak for many! I think even some of the White lemmings who know about this case via the main stream media are reaching their boiling point as well.

Even when it isn't your child , not a relative of any sort , it still hurts .

I agree.
I remember when she was declared missing. I knew that she would be found dead, but I held on to the hope that she would somehow, someway, be found alive.
But of course she was found dead, as these subhumans don't like to leave their white victims alive if they can help it.
It always INFLAMES me to see this happen. Sometimes I wonder if its healthy for me to follow this kind of news, or read half of the articles on this forum, because I have no outlet for the RAGE that I feel when I see these things happen!

It always INFLAMES me to see this happen. Sometimes I wonder if its healthy for me to follow this kind of news, or read half of the articles on this forum, because I have no outlet for the RAGE that I feel when I see these things happen!
Find some good outlet for the energy of that rage , some way to channel that energy into a beneficial activity . Chopping wood and wieght lifting can be effective

Sorry but I am often on remote jobs and find it hard to keep up with everyone here on the Forum.
I live in Grand Forks and searched for Dru for several days. We were searching for her body I mean. I have rarely been part of something that had that many people united so strongly. I will write something and place it here in a day or so as I have a unique perspective on it that I can share with everyone.

What's perplexing is why lemmings still refuse to see the truth after events like Dru's murder happen day after day, week after week, year after year in the 'kwa.
They dismiss these crimes as "isolated incidents". How many times does it have to happen before its no longer just an isolated incident?

So can rifle practice. I'm an avid shooter, and before the sandpit near my house was closed to the public due to some jerkoff shooting up some equipment, I'd find myself heading down any time I got mad or frustrated to plink with the .22. Sometimes, I'd bring something bigger, and some milk jugs full of water. 12 guage+milk jug full of water=motivational experience.
I used to go down there angry as a mule, and come back calm as a cow.

Uncanny that you would mention these things! Yesterday, I took my children to a cabin that my family owns, and did some chopping and wood-hauling. My children and I went on hikes and did some exercise. We had to come back after only one night due to weather reports. They are calling for rain, and we have to cross a creek with our vehicle, which becomes impossible after any significant rain. We will be going back though. It is an awesome place in an excellent location.
