This is good news Glenn.

Why not make a bunch of copies of that lawyer’s blog and give it as a "handout" when you interview the attorney's when deciding who will represent you in your civil rights violation lawsuit against the State of Missuori?

I smell big money in them thar hills!

Yeah, I made a copy of "that lawyer's blog", Brutus. And I'll use it to the max. Haven't yet found a lawyer willing to represent me, though. Looks like I'll have to file the lawsuit myself, pro se.

I spoke with one ACLU attorney, a jew by the name of Bob Herman. But even though I phoned the Kansas City ACLU office several times, they haven't returned my calls. Herman says he's too busy to take the case, but agrees that I am right.

Typical of the troll-like cunning we're dealing with, the media & government held off on the main publicity about denying Rounder ballot access, until after the new Missouri filing deadline, 5PM, March 21. I can just hear them saying, "Let's hold off on this until after the filing deadline. We don't want other racists filing." Also, they're always changing these deadlines, for example, it used to be the last Tuesday in March in Missouri.

The Kansas website says you have until June 12 there. Any VNNers in Overland Park? Go for it! All you have to do is file. There's no law you have to campaign or do any more work than that.

You can get all that free publicity. You can give thousands of Whites the opportunity to secretly check your name. The "government" might cheat when they count the ballots and say you got negative six votes, but that's not the point. The point is that checking your name is a giant step, the end of apathetic lemminghood, the beginning of psychologically committed active resistance for those Whites.

They denied Miller the right to file, because they knew that for him to be on the ballot would have been an effective pro-White action. When you're receiving flak you're usually over the target. For racists to file for public office, is definitely over the target.

Rounder HAS filed, whether they "accept" it or not. He IS a candidate, and if they don't put him on the ballot, and announce it soon, then the only just remedy (since EVERY party made themselves culpable) is to assume Rounder won. So you're now a member of the U.S. Congress, Rounder! Congratulations!

The government doesn't run primary elections just to give a handout to the parties, and those filing fees aren't "free money." The parties are supposed to give something in return: fair public access to their nomination process, whether the "officers" of the party like the person or not. Otherwise there might as well be no primary; the officers can decide whom they want and not accept anybody else's filing fee. It's back to the smoke-filled room that primaries were supposed to abolish.

Rounder might try his luck at a pro se lawsuit. Usually when you don't pay a lawyer the court says you "have no standing" or some such nonsense, but the last pro se FEDERAL lawsuit I filed resulted in about three pages of legal research filed by the adverse attorney, and even a written opinion by the judge. I didn't even show up in court.

So, if Rounder files pro se, some federal judge will be thinking, "Let's see, should write that it's my opinion that free elections are illegal in Missouri, or should I kick some smalltime politician butt?"

Or, maybe Ed Steele will take the case; I think he can practice before federal courts. Or, maybe any young lawyer who's been admitted to federal practice, would like an easy win, so much that he'll take the case for a percentage of Rounder's damages from the Dems, Repubs and Libertoons.
