"The Biden State Department has found yet another way to endear the United States to the Muslim world.

Foggy Bottom’s diplomats won’t push drag shows, like they did in Ecuador. Rather, they will assist the “promotional development” of “transgenders” in Pakistan."

"The “notice of funding opportunity” for the $500,000 grant is titled “Pakistan English Language Professional Development for Teachers, Students, and Young Professionals,” which sounds innocuous enough.

But buried deep in the bureaucratese from the Regional English Language Office are the details about providing such “development” for the crackpots who believe they are members of the opposite sex. Section three adds this note: “Professional Development for Transgender Youth and for Afghan Teachers, Students, and Young Professionals Residing in Pakistan.”

Grant proposals of between $25,000 and $75,000 will be accepted for “intensive professional development courses for Pakistani transgender youth from the ages of 13-25.”

The program’s “goal” is to “Strengthen English capacity and professional capability” of the mentally ill Pakistanis who, again, believe they are the “wrong gender.”
