Bobby Cutts is already represented by Bradley Iams. Yesterday, Cleveland-area attorneys Fernando Mack and Myron Watson filed “notices of appearance” that they are representing Cutts. A “notice of appearance” is necessary so the judge and prosecutor know who is authorized to speak for double murder defendant Cutts.

Because Cutts is a cop, he probably knows who are the best attorneys in Ohio, for helping a murderer get off. It’s unclear how Cutt’s is paying for all these attorneys and for the attorneys in his divorce case and in the case where he is battling for custody of a bastard child that he fathered.

CANTON, Ohio - The crime laboratory handling the case of the Canton police officer accused of murdering his pregnant girlfriend has been flooded with evidence submissions in recent weeks, causing longer wait times for test results for other investigations, the lab's director said. …

Police have searched the homes of Cutts, Ferrell and Davis, as well as Cutts' car and the area where Davis' body was discovered. Budgake said only that "forensic evidence of value" was recovered.

The lab will do tests on tissue from fetal remains to confirm Cutts was the unborn child's father, Budgake said. …

If prosecutors can link Myisha Ferrell to any items found at the site where Cutts dumped the body, she is in deep trouble and may turn on Cutts and testify against him.

Police officer accused in murder of pregnant girlfriend waives court hearing

… Bobby Lee Cutts Jr., the Canton Police Department officer accused of killing Davis and her fetus, appeared in a packed courtroom for less than five minutes before telling Judge Richard Kubilus he wanted to waive the hearing.

… Davis' mother, Patricia Porter, glared at Cutts during the hearing. Her daughter's funeral took place Saturday in Akron. Afterward, she told reporters, "It's been an emotional and heart-wrenching thing to realize that my daughter is not coming home. I think yesterday it really, really hit home."

Nine members of Cutts' family were also present. …

Cutts, Blake's father, has two children with two other women, one with his former girlfriend, Nikki Giavasis, and one with his wife, Kelly Cutts. On an online dating profile, Cutts wrote that he was not interested in having children.
