The govt is hiring about 1,700 more BP people to work the sw border.There is no age limits and a lot of middle aged women are currently applying too. 
I've worked with them(not as one),and seen them first hand.It's a labor intensive job,better be in good shape.
The only real qualification is no prior criminal record.
It's kinda tough work,hauling in Spic's on 8-12 hours shifts from Texas to California,but the laws have recently been changed to stop the catch and release from years before.
It's basically a very good starting point in a law enforcement career,wherein you can get promoted to above $100,000 a year in the next eight to ten years.
Most Mexicans can't stand the background checks and have too many illegals in their families, and Niggers simply can't take the heat.
