Teachers too White at 60+ Illinois schools, say anti-White officials.

Administrators of [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elgin_Area_School_District_U46"]Elgin School District U46[/ame] announced that they will deliberately hire more non-White school teachers, purely because they are non-White.

The goal of their push is to kick out White teachers out of the U42 district (which governs over 60 schools) and replace them with non-White teachers; they see this as necessary because they believe that non-White students cannot learn from White teachers.

Asian and White students severely outperform Black, Hispanic (mixed-race), and other non-White students in the school, and this the school administration blames on the White teachers.

Bill Ward, a White resident, spoke to the school board about this in a meeting and said recruiting non-White people because they are non-White leaves him with “a tremendous sadness. [...]every attempt at social justice…has never worked for any civilization in history. You can’t make all people equal in every way.”

“It is important that students have teachers who look like them,” remarked Vilma Sept, chairwoman of the U46 African-American advisory council.

Thomas Jackson who supports deliberately recruiting non-Whites, explained his reasoning; “when you have a minority teacher, every minority student can see that ‘some day I can be the teacher, some day I can be a lawyer, I can be a doctor.’ ”

Julie Schmidt, another White resident, warned them that employing someone based on their race is “a legal minefield.”

“What are the educational benefits from having a diverse [majority non-White] teaching body? On what studies do you base that?” Schmidt asked the board.

Anti-Whites always claim that race does not matter. But if an area or occupation is considered “too White”, anti-Whites expect everyone to change that.

Anti-White will never allow there to be a White area, because that is exactly what they are working towards – with anti-Whites in control, White countries are not allowed to remain majority White.

Anti-Whites have also called on North Carolinian and Boston schools to fire White teachers and employ non-White teachers.

A century ago, all, or most of those schools had a majority White population – both teachers and students. The extreme rise of non-White students is evidence to the opened borders immigration policies in the U.S. that the majority of White people neither wanted or called for.

The opened borders policies allowed for millions of third world immigrants to pour into the U.S. and also other majority White countries such as Canada, Australia, Britain, Denmark, France, Sweden, and push, breed, or blend White people out of the countries that were made through the sweat, blood, and tears, our ancestors – for us, and future White children.

All these policies that are removing White people from the planet amount to a systematic program of genocide against White people, covering the entire Western world.
