One of these kids have a white last name but they are obviously Mestizos when you look at their photos. They broke in and killed this poor old couple and then the stupid local cops held their retired dentist son as a suspect, freezing all his bank accounts and assets, until they found the real killers which took many weeks. I could have told you without knowing ANYTHING of the crime that either some black or mexican gangbangers did it...Cops in California are in denial, they are so afraid to blame nonwhites for obvious nonwhite crimes.

"A relative of one of the teens accused of brutally murdering an elderly couple didn't go to authorities even though the boy confided to her about the killings weeks before his arrest.
Court documents released Thursday say Koreena Merrick, a relative of 17-year-old Kyle Hoffman, kept quiet about the slayings of Joseph and Dorothy Parrott after Hoffman told her about his role in them. It wasn't until weeks later, when Hoffman confessed to a youth minister who then went to police, that Hoffman and Luis Palafox, 16, were arrested.
It was also revealed in the documents that Irene Castillo, Hoffman's mother, has another son who is serving a life sentence for his involvement in a robbery in which two people were killed. Details of that incident weren't provided in the documents.
In all, there were more than 300 pages of reports filed in the case.
Palafox told detectives that he and Hoffman had smoked marijuana earlier on the day of the murders and he was high when he killed the Parrotts, the documents said. Joseph Parrott, 81, was stabbed numerous times and Dorothy Parrott, 77, was beaten with a baseball bat.
Palafox said the couple didn't deserve to die. He said in the court documents that he didn't remember everything from that night because he was so high and because of the amount of marijuana he's smoked throughout his life.
Hoffman told detectives that Palafox had told him he had killed another person about a year ago in Los Angeles, the documents said.
Before the teens were arrested Richard Parrott, son of the slain couple, was repeatedly grilled by detectives. Richard Parrott had gone to his parents' house in southwest Bakersfield to check on them after not hearing from them for several days and he had suspected they were dead, documents said.
Richard Parrott called police before entering the house. Detectives told him that his behavior wasn't normal and that most people would have entered the house if they suspected something was wrong, documents said. Detectives also asked Richard Parrott if he had financial difficulties and if he was on good terms with his parents.
At one point Richard Parrott answered that he didn't kill his parents and that he wasn't sure what was normal behavior in a situation like this.
