I hope I am not saying this too soon but I will anyway.

Business are starting and planning on doing Industrial building more and more. My company is pretty well booked and I may need to hire. I just keep getting more projects.

My colleges and competitors are saying the same thing. It is not like it was in the 90's but things are happening again.

The worst of the economic times for this cycle may be behind us.

Obviously overall the long term future looks bad because of Debt and the browning of America, but from my view, things are looking better economically for the short term.
