Oh, the poor, poor Left: it's discovering that "adopting crap has horrible consequences." It won't be long before every federal government entity is impotent and worthless. Meanwhile, Russia and China are not adopting crap. Take that fact to its logical conclusion: right! America's super-power days are pretty much over and Russia/China is the new power in the world.
