I will post this info on Hal Turner's Haloscan. His forum's not back yet, but he's using Haloscan comments as a substitute.
Looks like the Edit function works differently than before. A smaller Edit window appears just over your post, and the Reason for Edit is no longer required.
I would suggest people finding other differences post them also, so we'll all be up to snuff.

If it wasn't for Hal Turner I would have had no idea on what had happened.
Has there been any consideration given to having an alternate site where at least some information on what may be going on in case this happens in the future?
If anyone doubts that VNNF is the best then spend some time looking at the other "WN" boards, very discouraging. One might suggest that there is no competition.
