On this day 20 years ago we lost a great man who personified courage and guts, a man who lives on today through his truly alternative music - Ian Stuart Donaldson died in a car accident (????) 20 years ago today.

Remember him today and tonight.

Have had a countdown of some of my favorite tunes of his going on another board for the last couple weeks, thought I would just mark the day here as I hadn't seen anyone else do so yet.

Right here some evidence that the time in between songs at a Skrewdriver concert was just as entertaining and inspiring as the WN jams he performed better than anyone before or since.

Long live ISD....

"We say this, you don't have to be red and you don't have to be dead, not red, not dead, dead reds."

- George Lincoln Rockwell concluding his speech at Brown University in 1966
