Seven Latino and Bangladeshi employees filed suit in a Manhattan court accusing Boulud of "intentional employment discrimination and harassment on the basis of their race, colour, ethnicity, alienage, and national origin."
Ugh! And he charges a $110.00 a plate?

He should cite statistics showing the vast difference in food cleanliness between Mexico or Bangldesh and America.
