U of L issues alert after possible sexual assault

The University of Louisville issued a campus-wide alert on Monday after a possible sexual assault on its Belknap Campus.
The alert, which was sent at 1:48 p.m., cautioned students to be on the lookout for two black makes between 40 and 55 years old. One was described as being between 6-foot-2 and 6-foot-3 with scarring on his left check and gray patches of hair. The other was described as being between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-9 with a shaved head. The alert said the second man may be carrying a knife.
Both men were described as wearing black T-shirts, with one wearing muddy, dark gray sweat pants and the other brown-washed jeans. Both also were wearing white, worn tennis shoes.
University officials said both men were last seen near the Ekstrom Library.
