Washington, DC -- The US 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the Jewish organizations Kach and Kahane Chai, which are represented in the United States by Mossad- organized terror groups like the Jewish Defense League and Jewish Defense Organization, are terrorists and that their American supporters may be subject to the same asset confiscation and arrests that are used against supporters of Arab "terrorists".
Meir Kahane, whose son, Binyamin, fouded of Kahane Chai, and who founded the "Jewish Defense" organizations, was assassinated in New York in 1990. He was tied to attacks on US white activists and the assassination and murder of Palestinians in the Zionist Entity.

Since his death, his Jewish followers in the United States have attempted to assassinate a US Congressman, bombed and attempted to bomb public and private buildings, engaged in mass shootings at Islamic mosques, and conducted low level assaults on perceived political opponents.

The ruling means that the State Department can order the groups' US based websites Kach.org and Kahane.org shut down, its members arrested, and ban all material support to the organizations overseas.
