The point is that the judge rejected the nigger ass kissing d.a's reccomendation of weekends in jail, and sent him right to his eagerly awaited, and well earned jail cell.

And to the people who think that 5 years probation means a 5 year jail sentence if he violates it are totally wrong. Violation of probation in itself is a very light sentence. Usually just a written repremand unless it's a major crime.

Now had he gotten 5 years jail SUSPENDED with 5 years probation, then yes, he would have to serve 5 years in jail if he violated his parole.
