I'm sure Al-Jazeera would have released this to the world if thats what it was.

A large enough explosion will produce a mushroom cloud--no matter whether it is nuclear or not. A very large conventional explosion will create a small and short-lived mushroom cloud...but only nuclear blasts create the 40,000 foot high monsters that we're so familiar with.

...and, as previously mentioned, the camera has an auto-iris that overloads briefly when presented with the explosion, and there is no, no, no way a nuke could be burned to the point of exploding. In fact, as far as i'm aware, its almost impossible to accidentally set one off, or to intentionally detonate one through heat, shock or anything else like that...during the cold war the few times bombers carrying nuclear weapons crashed, the bombs survived impacts that woud likely have set off a conventional weapon.

What should be obvious to most of us, is the [color="Red"]glaring omission from our main stream media.

There are no unguided nuclear weapons in the year 2006 in the US inventory.

All those old unguided weapons were decomissioned ages ago. (you see, the hard particles emitted from the plutonium "lenses" actually cause degradation of the carbon and graphite lined bomb casing so that over time the bombs have to be decomissioned because that degradation makes them both unsafe radiologically and no longer viable as nuclear explosives.)

When they talk about "tactical nuclear weapons" these days they are referring to low yield warheads placed onto a delivery system, not some hand loaded artillery.

But all of those facts aside, that flash you see in the video is very simply caused by an overloaded CCD chip in the camera and has absolutely nothing to do with a nuclear detonation flash.

ANY type of above ground nuclear detonation in the middle east would be of incredible advantage to the US and Israel governments.

Nine huge American transport planes unload casualties from devastating Resistance strike on US Falcon Base in Baghdad just before midnight Tuesday, indicating heavy American losses.

Of course they are covering up massive casualities, the elections are 2 weeks away, the Bush administration cannot afford more bad news.
