Here's my 2 cents: Look over your contract and make sure it has the 24 hour clause about entering your apartment, and make sure you know what the exceptions are. Cover yourself legally. If it doesn't have that provision, get it in writing or move to a place that has it.

About two years ago I think, two White Detroit cops a women and a Man aged 27, and 29, who had stopped a savage beast in his car for no tail lights, walked up to him, and got his D.L. and both of them went to their car and sat down! So as they were typing the info in to their patrol car computer, the beast jumped up out his car and run up their car door window before they could react, and he shot both of them in the necks and face killing them instantly. White police who do not behave as racist may keep their jobs, but won't keep their lives to see any retirement.
