I have old pictures of a family freind who was from yugoslavia and there were some very dark people in those pics. That model does not look White to me.

You are right, of course - there are lots of darker people in the countries around here. Those are mostly gypsies and turks (leftovers from the 500 year occupation). There are some swarthy Whites too, but not in the numbers you'll see in Greece or Southern Italy (or Southern France).

Ugro-Finns were part of of the proto-Bulgar tribes that came from around Afganistan and settled in todays Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania and westwards. Hungarians and Bulgarians are of iranian descent. The girl in question is quite ugly, but I wouldn't describe her as tipical. I think the average Hungarian is quite pleasing to the eye.

Afghanistan? Never heard of anything like that, all indications are that they came from beyond the Urals.

Hungarians - as in Magyars - would've come from Tartary, i.e., Ukraine/south Russia, like the Bulgars. Hence their whiteness. Finnic speakers were around near the Arctic Circle before Indo-Europeans, which is why they're surrounded by Aryan speakers, the Swedes, Balts and Russians.
