Having some trouble with one of my computers, I called tech support last week. Ended up talking to a negress who didn't understand squat. Called again later and got a buck nigger on the phone. He couldn't understand squat either. Affirmative action in tech support? WTF? That must cost a ton of money when people can't solve their problems and end up shipping their warranteed machines back for repair.
