Perhaps the use of both the ironic qualifier term, so-called, and the use of quotes around "hate speech" were not sufficient to make clear that I reject the legitimacy of all "hate speech" laws. I reject the very concept itself as meaningless. My post was not about "hate speech" but about criminal incitement.

While I think that hate is generally a debilitating emotion, more harmful to the one experiencing it than to the one hated, I in no way support legal restraint on speech prompted by that emotion nor did I suggest that VNN should censor such speech. People feel what they feel and there should be no restraint on there expressing those feelings in speech.

If you will read what I wrote, I was simply advising Live Free and Backwoods that they may have set themselves up for criminal prosecution for criminal incitement. Can you see that there is a difference between committing an act of violence for which you may or may not be caught and placing a post on a public forum urging people to commit an act of violence? My original post was neither about encouraging nor discouraging acts of violence as you seem to think. It was about what may possibly be a non-violent crime of incitement to crime which if done in secret would have the same two possible consequences of being caught or not caught as an act of violence but when done openly in public has a single consequence...you're already caught if ZOG decides it wants to take you.

Since you were the man that I was originally addressing, I am glad to hear from you that you have understood what I was saying. I in no way meant to disparage your feelings or your desire for action. Those feelings are perfectly justified and reasonable. Black crime against whites and especially white women should evoke a desire for justice and retribution. As I said in my first post, if that woman had been my daughter, I know damn well what I would have done the first chance that I had and to hell with the consequences to me.

But a certain amount of caution must be exercised in the speech used to express those feelings. It would be a waste for good WNs to be jailed for such a trivial offense as supposed incitement to violence. Laws against such acts are on the books precisely for the purpose of selective prosecution of those whom the jews wish to persecute such as WNs.

There are many,many instances of blacks publically urging the killing of whites but they are not charged with a crime. That would not serve the jewish agenda.
