War veteran made ape noises at PC

AN EX-SOLDIER said to be suffering from Gulf War Syndrome was sentenced to 12 months in prison for a racially aggravated assault on a police officer.
David Watson, 34, of Grasmere Road, Chester, admitted the charges and appeared before Chester Crown Court for sentence on Tuesday.
The court heard Watson had joined the army at 16 and had been involved in the first Gulf War during a decade of service, becoming a lance corporal.
He left in 1996. According to a psychiatric report, Watson's experiences in the Gulf led to a personality change and depression which had a devastating effect on his quality of life.
The court heard four PCs, including black officer Henry McCleary, responded to reports of a domestic incident on Kingsway, Plas Newton, on July 29 last year.
Watson opened the door and the officers noticed his shirt was stained with blood and they could hear his partner crying in the bathroom.
Nicholas Williams, prosecuting, said: 'Watson's partner told the officers that she had accidentally cut her hand with a kitchen knife and that he was not to blame.'
Despite attempts to calm him down, Watson became more and more agitated and lunged for PC McLeary, saying: 'I'm going to knock you out.'
He was restrained by one of the other officers, arrested and placed in handcuffs. He then unleashed a torrent of racist abuse at PC McLeary, taunting him with ape noises and gestures.
Simon Dunford, defending, said: 'My client felt he was being blamed for the situation with his girlfriend. This was not a situation where there was any physical assault.
'His experiences are not an excuse for behaving in the way he did towards the police and particularly PC McLeary on that night but it should be taken into account.
'I submit that the best way of trying to protect the public is to ensure the condition he suffers from is treated properly.
Sentencing Watson, the Recorder of Chester, Judge Elgan Edwards, said: 'This kind of vile racist abuse will not be tolerated by this court or this city.'

Imitating an ape is assaulting a police officer? In that case, every arrested nigger should get an extra 12 months in prison for assaulting a police officer.

This comes on the heels of the rapper Snoop Dog's entourage literally attacking and throwing around British police officers at an airport. If I'm not mistaken all those niggers were let off with a warning, despite having repeatedly assaulting the police officers?
Now we have a White man who served for years in ZOG's military, being sentenced by ZOG to a YEAR in prison for...er, saying words that hurt the nigger cop's feelings?
What kind of name is "Elgan" anyway. Do all BRITZOG aristo-queer dynasties name their children "Elgan" or "Elton"? Fcking crazy ass kikes.

The above are two unrelated incidents but I share your sentiments.
However on balance he clearly had some `issues` and perhaps the safest place for him is incarceration.We don`t need arseholes like that wandering around in society,whether they be black or white.

Only a month ago another Brit (white) was sentenced to 6 months for standing outside a mosque and shouting "I'm British and proud of it." And "You go back to where you came from."
The judge said "I will not tolerate this racial abuse."
The Brits are all tangled up in thier zog laws and are helpless. The Brits once had a mighty empire and look at them now!
How mighty are the fallen.
