Kentucky court releases white man awaiting trial in dragging death of black man

Originally published July 23, 2006LOUISVILLE, Ky. // The death of Anthony Graham -- and what happened in the days after his murder -- has roiled the black community.
Graham, a black man, was dragged seven city blocks March 31 by a car driven by a white man. The car then struck a brick wall, and Graham's head hit a utility pole, killing him.The driver, Thomas Sewastynowicz, fled the scene but turned himself in the next day. He was permitted to stay out of jail while awaiting trial -- even though he was charged with murder.

[highlight]Sewastynowicz, who declined to be interviewed, told police he had stopped to ask for directions when he encountered Graham near downtown Louisville. He said Graham reached inside his Nissan sedan, and Sewastynowicz drove away, according to a police report. Graham held on and was dragged for seven blocks. [/highlight]
But Graham's wallet was found inside Sewastynowicz's car, and Graham was not armed, according to court records filed by prosecutors.

Sewastynowicz Recalls Tragic Night

LOUISVILLE -- He faces a possible murder charge for dragging another man to his death, but Thursday, Tom Sewastynowicz described the March ordeal to WLKY NewsChannel 32's Paul Moses.
Sewastynowicz said he feels awful that he was involved the death of another human being, adding that he's been living a nightmare, and not just since killing Anthony Graham about six weeks ago.
Sewastynowicz told Moses about being attacked with a butcher knife during a robbery attempt back in 1999. Soon after, he was diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder. And the week before Graham's death, he lost his brother to an apparent assault that happened in Buffalo.
And then, upon returning to Louisville after his brother's funeral, he learned that his good friend, Eddie Poynter, had been killed. Dale Moneypenny will face charges in that case, Moses reported.
Sewastynowicz said he was driving past Poynter's home, was upset and got disoriented in an unfamiliar neighborhood when he stopped to ask for directions. He said Graham approached him and asked for a ride, then threw a gym bag through an open window in Sewastynowicz's car.
"As I tried to push the bag out to him, he almost resisted me, and he reached his hand inside my car to open the door, and stated that he wanted my money," Sewastynowicz said. "I immediately was in a panic. I tried to flee the scene. The man was never in my car. He screamed at me as he was holdilng on, 'You have my wallet.' I was not about to look around the floorboard of my car and expose myself to a potentially dangerous situation with him standing right there. I said, 'I don't have any wallet. Get off my car.' I was terrified at this point. I wasn't even sure where I was."
Sewastynowicz added that he took off because he was in a panicked state, and didn't know that Graham was killed until he saw the news the next morning, Moses reported.

Let me get this straight.
According to the apologist kike penning this report:
This savage negro beast tosses a gym bag into Whitey's car, reaches in to open the door, and explains that it wants Whitey's money, and apparently, Whitey is supposed to offer absolutely no resistance to it, in either fight, or flight?
What White person wouldn't do exactly the same thing when brazen niggers approach them in a similar manner?
Inevitably, Whitey will be charged with a "vicious Hate Crime", and recieve the usual harsh penalties of fines and jail time, whilst teary-eyed accolades are given to this particular savge negro beast, like halloween candy by its "family" members, and "friends". (some of whom will, of course, be White...)

This makes me so angry. Kikes should never be allowed in our justice system.
Itz a set up isn't this the same guy that asked Bill White and NSM to come and start the "Toledo riots" (LOL) because he had been victimed so many times -- not that far away, could have moved he didn't know where he was, the only employed people in cinci whites all live across the river in Kentucky, I have ben there and worked there know the lifestyle, white flight is to Kentucky alwhiles.
