Who's next to pledge support for TWPL newspaper project. I'll need some more bucks. I've got enough to pay printers for 40,000, but mailing them to our distributors will require money for postage. And it'd be nice to have a small "war chest" of funds to lessen my stress.

REMINDER: If anyone wants to purchase at least 3,000 copies of TWPL-2 on their own, and pick them up from our printers in north Georgia, I'd sure appreciate it. It'll cut your purchase cost in half, since you won't have to pay postage. Thus, you'll only pay 8 cents or less per copy, or less than $80.00 per thousand. Hell of a deal, ain't it ??

Another option is having thousands trucked commercially to you directly from printers, at an added cost of about 1.6 cents per copy. You'll recall, 10,000 copies of TWPL-1 were mailed to our Virginia men from printers for a total cost of $965.00, which included printing and shipping costs.

2001, the United States Supreme Court ruled (State of Connecticut Vs Jehovah witnesses) That not only can one distribute political and religious information onto private property, but may also enter onto said property to do so unless otherwise posted to deliver such material. I'm not sure on the chapter and verse, but I'm sure if one does the research they can find the law. I only know this because I was once arrested for distributing "racist" literature and this was part of my defense. The charges were thrown out!

There are many cases on the Federal level (US Supreme Court) and State level (State Supreme Courts) that have dealt with the right to distribute literature. Every single case that I know of has ruled that one does have the right to put out literature, on private and public property. One even has the right to set foot on private property to distribute literature unless a "No Trespassing" or "No Soliciting" sign is plainly visible on said property, or unless the property owner sees said distributor of literature on their property, tells the distributor to leave and that person refuses. As a rule, even though we may have the right to do so, neither Ron nor myself ever set foot on people's property when distributing papers. While I encourage all TWPL distributors to exercise discretion in this matter, it is more a practical matter than a legal one for us, because we can put out papers much faster from a car than we can on foot going door-to-door.

I agree with Ironguard that is way too impractical to emulate the Mormons or Jehovah's Witnesses by knocking on every door. Besides, I bet that teal color sports car is a heck of a lot faster.

Reference your recent news article entitled, “Distribution of White supremacist paper upsets town”.

That’s quite a stretch to include the whole town, especially since dozens who received our 16-page newspaper, The White Patriot Leader, phoned me saying they liked it just fine. But I have the solution to the “upset” soccermoms, girli-men, and illegal aliens. They can phone me to stop future deliveries at 417-463-7703. Others can look forward to lots more.

Your article quoted your mayor as saying: “The sheriff’s office would pursue criminal charges if the papers were distributed in a threatening manner.”

Which he is sworn, under oath, to defend not threaten, as he’s clearly done via your paper.

Conspiracy to interfere with any citizen’s exercise of any right guaranteed by the US Constitution is not only a federal offense, but an offense deserving of a lawsuit, as well. (Hint, hint).

My point was simply that if these ADL lovin cops ever decided to try to charge anybody for distributing TWPL with trespassing and or littering that they must apply the law equally. Hence charging the local paperboy, people who deliver religious material, restaurant fliers, or even "little Sally Phillips" for distributing her lost kitty fliers.
These are officials that swore to uphold the Constitution and should know the law. Makes you think just who is pulling their strings!

Yes, the Crewe-Burkeville Journal has a Confederate Battle Flag and a U. S. Flag on the front page, as it has since it was started, I believe. It kind of reminds me of our own White Patriot Leader in that regard. However, that is where any similarity between our paper and that rag ends, and ends abrubtly. From his anti-White, biased rantings about our paper, the editor of this small-town fish wrap has shown himself to be a nigger lover. In that respect this paper reminds me of the Southside Messenger in Keysville. About the only good coverage these papers provide are either over a bird cage bottom or the floor of your garage to soak up oil spills.

In all probablility this will not happen, but if anyone does get stopped, pulled over and/or "arrested" for distributing TWPL, remain calm and do what the officer says, even though you might want to tear the cop's head off. Arguing with the cops will not get you anywhere except possibly in trouble. It may not hurt to carry a "First Amendment" card with you because it may help the cops see the error of their ways. There is no guarantee of that, though. You will get your day in court, and the charges will be dropped. You can then file a lawsuit against the police department and the city you were arrested in.

What the cops and jewsmedia are really doing when they demonize us and our newspaper, is as intended, to scare the hell out of the lemmings so they'll be too afraid to have anything to do with us or our newspaper. They know damn well our distro's are perfectly legal. They just don't want the lemmings to know it. And so they make threatening jibberishes in the papers and on TV to fool them. I agree, SA Mann. He's a bit "fishy". He badmouthed us in his paper, then agrees to print my lengthy LTE, that is not only hard-hitting, but includes my phone number, as well.

The contents of my LTE was mostly written by an author whose name I've forgotten, but it's super effective, in my judgment. Plus, I changed some of it, and the last coupla paragraphs are my own.

Since the editor, Rick Gunter, displays a rebel flag on the cover of his newspaper, could be he's one of those SCV's, and/or re-inactors, who forever kisses up to jews and niggers in hopes of gaining their permission to fly the rebel flag, by badmouthing us rednecks who don't kiss up.
