As requested I have gone over the receipts for WPL issue #1. I went over them 6 times and my wife once and all is in order and the total of 5,386.82 is correct.

I want to take this time to let VNN'ers know how lucky they are to have someone like Glenn who volunteers his time to put a project like this together.
There is a lot of work involved with this effort and most of it falls on Glenn and for that he deserves a big thank you. I have never known of a White group or project except for a few on the local level that has records and accounting for every penny of activists hard earned money. I hope VNN'ers will realize that this project is worth their time and effort and get on board and help make it a success. Issue #2 is coming soon do your part to help inform your White community of the issues that effect them.

Ron, thanks for accepting the job of "Tabloid Receipt Inspector", and for posting your inspection report.

Our contributors are thus, guaranteed that all their money is used for TWPL Project, and that not one cent went into my pocket.

I mailed you every single receipt for TWPL-1, and you've inspected each and verified they're all genuine. And you've also verified my math is correct.

Each and every donation was posted in TWPL-1 thread on the day I received them, along with the screen names or initials of contributors, and the amount.

Therefore, anybody can verify the total amount of money I've received, and you have verified the total amount of money I've spent. The difference is $4,614.01, which is the amount left over, as of 12 August 06, the day I closed out the books for TWPL-1, and opened TWPL-2.

The Goochland distro made the 6pm WRIC Ch 8 News. Sheriff Agnew said that no laws appeared to have been broken, except maybe littering or something to that effect. Sure it will air again at 11pm. Way to go Ron & Ironguard!

Ron, did you catch the part where authorities are going around removing the paper from driveways? A photo of that would be priceless.

Federal law says that it's a federal offense for any citizen to interfer, in any way, with another citizen's exercise of any right guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. (I'm no lawyer, but I believe this is correct).

If Goochland County law enforcement officials have, in fact, gone around and picked up our papers, and if they either admit it, or we have other compelling proof, or both, we'll promise town officials that we'll file a $10 million dollar lawsuit, unless they settle with us, out of court for less.

We might even agree to keep their settlement secret, and out of the press.

We need to get a distributer to stake out a street he distros on , and take pictures of cops picking up the papers, for evidence

I'm ordering a VHS video copy of Ch 8 broadcast that reported him saying that, but I need to know if it was the 6 PM broadcast or the 11 PM, or both. Otherwise, it'll cost $80 instead of $40 for the video. Sheriff Agnew still has not returned my phone call, as of 4 PM, EST, even though I phoned him twice. When I speak with him, I'll get his confession on cassette tape.

"Around Town"
Someone distributed copies of The White Patriot Leader in the Town of Crewe last week. Some people were angered that such a publication was left at their homes. No one has to read something to which they object. It's still a free country, until tax time.

This item was in bold type and really stood out from the rest of the items in the column. Pretty neat for a paper to say something like this.

Wow, this is a stunning turn of events. If the sheriff's department did indeed remove papers from private property, that is grounds for a lawsuit against the sheriff's department and possibly the county of Goochland. How and where would the lawsuit be filed?

Confederate kepis off to our own General Pickett (SA Mann) for distroing Charlotte County, Charlotte CH and Drakes Branch. This finishes TWPL #1 for the VA trio. We eagerly await issue #2. Who know, Goochland County may get another round of WPLs. Hell, they may even be paying for it. That would be a surreal turnaround: Instead of us Whites paying for our own racial destruction via taxes, the County of Goochland may have to pay for their next dose of racial truth.

Channel 8 reporter Tiffany Woods told me over the phone today that the Sheriff did, in fact, tell her that deputies had picked up our papers. But obviously, he did not make that confession personally on TV. I phoned him the 3rd time at around 5 PM (EST), and the receptionist said he had left for the weekend, but that she'll ask him to return my call on Monday.

TV reporters record their interviews, therefore Woods most likely has Sheriff Agnew's confession on tape. That being the case, I doubt he'll deny making it.

What we need now, is the wording of the Virginia statutes (laws) relative to citizens passing out political literature. I strongly believe we've got excellent grounds for a lawsuit. And the grounds will be Virginia's own laws, as well as federal civil rights laws and of course, the US Constitution's 1st amendment. There's just no freakin way, cops have the right to steal political newspapers from the private property of citizens, nor can they interfere in our exercise of freedom of speech or of the press.

Although I am by no means a lawyer or an expert on law, especially constitutional law, I do not believe there is any law in the Virginia Code specifically forbidding police from removing political literature from private property. However, I know for a fact that the US Constitution, backed by numerous Supreme Court cases, does in fact forbid it. The Virginia State Constitution also forbids any interference from the exercise of freedom of speech, which translates into the Goochland Sheriff broke the law. I do not know of any cases here in Virginia specifically dealing with literature distribution, but perhaps we can set a precedent here.

Got my last 300 out LAST monday morning in Lexington NC. Forgot to post it. Left a copy at "The Lexington Dispatch" - the local paper, and WGHP TV's local office.

Irrefutably, PWG. Some of these ADL-training, wigger cops actually believe they're doing something patriotic by deciding what political newspapers other people get the chance to read. But those in Goochland county, Virginia, are about to get a rude awakening.
