"A racist newspaper is circulating through Goochland county"

Lisa Schaffner: "This racist newspaper is circulating throughout Goochland county and now authorities are trying to determine who's behind it. The paper was found in dozens of driveways in both Caroline and Goochland counties. Authorities fear the racist material may show up in other neighborhoods too. It's called the White Patriot and contains several offensive articles criticizing minorities. Many people were upset to find it in their neighborhood."

Mary Pinney (local resident): "I really hope our citizens will ignore this. We do not want to get involved in anything like this at all."

Lisa Schaffner: "Authorities have also been going throughout the County and removing the newspapers from driveways."

There are two witnesses not one. Tiffany Woods also stated to me that Sheriff Agnew's deputies had gone around picking up WPLs. In addition to that particular unlawful interference in our exercise of freedom of speech and the press, Sheriff Agnew went even further and advised people to toss them away. Clearly meaning not to read them. Two "chilling attacks on Constitutional rights," from a man sworn, under oath, to defend them.

I'm still trying to get Agnew on the phone, so I can get his confession on tape. No luck yet. I'll try again tomorrow.

I remembered seeing a clipping about George Lincoln Rockwell being charged with a Virginia statue relating to inciting races because of some of his literature back in 1965. Well I got to wondering if that law was still on the books? It is, and you just wonder if it could be used against us in this day and time? Rockwell's "crime" was using the word "nigger" and referring to blacks in derogatory manner. Sound familiar?

18.2-485 Conspiring to incite one race to insurrection against another race.
If any person conspire with another to incite the population of one race to acts of violence and war against the population of another race, he shall, whether such acts of violence and war be made or not, be guilty of a Class 4 felony.

Mind you, I am not saying we are guilty of anything. The system will say that using the word "nigger" incites people to violence. They'll say that we incited the niggers. Remember that the nigger rappers use the word "nigger" thousands of times each and every day. But God forbid if a White man uses that word.

The Sheriff of Goochland county will say that he ordered his men to pick up our papers because he was concerned about the safety of the citizens in the area. He'll claim that the paper could cause one race to act out against another race, hence the "inciting" bit will come up.

If that law was enforced, 90 percent of the niggers in Virginia would be in prison, especially niggers who publish nigger newspapers and magazines, and niggers who work for nigger civil rights groups. They incite hatred and violence against White people every day.

Good find though, SA Mann. I wasn't aware of it. I don't recall anybody being charged with it though, black or white. Sheriff Agnew might try to use it to excuse his deputies who picked up our papers. But I doubt it.

Charging any distributors of TWPL with littering or inciting racial insurrection would be a waste of time and thrown out of court. The sheriff knows this. The sheriff also knows blustering about like he does about these BS charges will throw fear into many Whites and make them think twice about distributing any more pro-White literature. It will also make those Whites receptive to our message afraid to protest the removal of our papers from their driveways. Most Whites are not us, though. We will make the sheriff accountable for his actions and perhaps another Goochland distro is in our not-to-distant future. We will make sure to let the sheriff know this.

They are attempting to brainwash the average White into thinking that distributing papers is littering or a "hate" crime. Stories like the Goochland incident, keep me a Kluckin'.
