When you’re a communist leader, you can get away with mass murder – literally. Regarding the genocide of the Miskito Indians in Nicaragua circa 1982 by the communist Sandinistas, there was no (or very little) international outcry from the usual “human rights” stooges. If a right-wing leader like Pinochet did that, you’d be hearing about it every week even today.
