The harrowing trial of Jordy Goukara, a Central African national with three deportation orders and 12 convictions, has come to an end. Goukara received 18 years in prison for raping Claire Géronimi and a young woman named Mathilde at knife point, but his statements during the trial are unlikely to ever be forgotten.

 

During the trial, the 27-year-old Goukara stated he “felt pleasure” during the rapes, which occurred in autumn of 2023, and explained that is why he keeps committing rapes and may even commit the act again, according to reporting from French media outlet Frontieres.

 

Describing the rape of his first victim, Mathilde, Goukara said: “I grabbed her by the arm, I told her: I want to f**k. I had to be a bit firmer and I told her: Open your mouth!” Goukara then added: “I started to take out my penis to put it in her mouth.”

A naked refugee from Africa is continuously causing chaos in the small German town of Neuffen in the state of Baden-Württemberg. The man routinely strips naked and rampages through the town, with authorities “unable” to stop him for two years.

The town, like many German towns, is known as a tranquil place close to the city of Stuttgart. However, the town of 6,000 is no longer as tranquil as it used to be. The African refugee arrived from Africa two years ago, has a variety of mental issues, and easily loses his temper, according to Bild newspaper. Among his victims are children and the elderly.

On Thursday morning last week, the 36-year-old African once again stripped naked and rampaged through the town.

An eyewitness, Alexander S., said: “The man ran naked through the town, smashing cars, and banging on glass doors behind which shopkeepers and their customers had barricaded themselves.”

A 14-year-old Syrian boy accused of committing around 200 crimes has been arrested in northern Germany after years of violent offenses that terrorized towns in Schleswig-Holstein.

Known to police as Mohamad H., the teenager was taken into custody on Thursday and brought before the district court in Husum on Friday, where a juvenile court judge issued an arrest warrant on three counts of grievous bodily harm.

Images of him arriving at court show him giving photographers the middle finger.

Authorities say the boy, who arrived in Germany with his family nine years ago, began committing crimes at the age of nine and became increasingly violent by 12. He is alleged to have carried out numerous assaults — some involving knives — attacked police officers, and committed multiple thefts in Husum, Bredstedt, Kiel, and on the island of Sylt.

As reported by Bild, the most recent incident occurred in late August, when Mohamad H. allegedly attacked a 52-year-old man with a knife in an underpass at Bredstedt train station, injuring the victim’s leg.

Mohammed Shabir, 45, was arrested on suspicion of the murders of Bryonie and her three children Denisty Birtle, nine, Oscar Birtle, five, and Aubree Birtle, 22 months, and the attempted murder of Antonia Gawith, Bryonie's sister, following the house fire in Westbury Road, Bradford, last year.

German police are on the hunt for a 37-year-old Somali man with “bad teeth” after he nearly murdered a 37-year-old acquaintance of his.

The suspect, Yaasin Abdilaahi Mahamed, is described as “dangerous,” with police accusing him of stabbing a victim several times on Oct. 10 inside an apartment in the town of Bad Salzuflen in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Somalis also happen to be vastly overrepresented in the German criminal statistics. In fact, in 2020, one in ten Somalis in the country were considered suspects in a crime. Mahamed is also not the first Somali in recent times to go on the run after a heinous crime.

Austria sees surge in youth crime, with number of Syrian suspects rising by 3,900% in a decade

Juvenile crime among Syrian youths in Austria is rising at a dramatic pace, according to new figures released by the Ministry of the Interior.

In 2024 alone, authorities recorded around 1,000 reports against Syrian suspects aged 10 to 14 — a huge increase from just 25 such reports in 2015.

Overall, the number of criminal reports against minors in this age group has more than doubled in less than a decade, from about 5,160 in 2015 to over 12,000 last year, setting a new record, but Syrian nationals in particular are disproportionately represented.

‘I was horny,’ migrant care worker who sexually abused Swedish pensioner in her own home told police during questioning

A Syrian home care worker convicted of sexually assaulting a 67-year-old woman in Sweden told police during questioning that he “was horny,” newly released interrogation records have revealed.

The victim, who was dependent on home care services following a stroke, died just over two weeks after the attack.

Mahamad Almousa, 26, was sentenced earlier this month to one year in prison and ordered to be deported from Sweden for 10 years after the Vänersborg District Court found him guilty of aggravated sexual assault. The assault took place on April 3 last year when Almousa, working as a home care aide, attacked the woman in her own home.

A Bradford barber has been jailed for nine years after he locked a boy in the back room of his shop before pinning him down and raping him.

The youngster, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, had previously been given free cannabis by Mohammed Naveed, 42, but on this occasion was told he would “have to work for it”.

Bradford Crown Court heard on Tuesday that when the boy refused to do what Naveed wanted him to, he locked the door to the room and raped him. The court heard the teenager was sexually abused separately by 43-year-old Muhammed Afsan who committed sex offences against the youngster in the back of his Audi car.

Afsan, of Lynfield Drive, Bradford, was jailed for eight years after the court heard he was also in breach of a sexual risk order made by magistrates in 2022. He breached that order by having a 15-year-old girl, who must not be identified, in his car on two occasions along with the teenage boy.

Asylum seeker laughed after killing woman, jury told

An asylum seeker from Sudan accused of murdering a Walsall hotel worker on a railway platform was seen on CCTV following her to the station late at night, a court has heard.

Deng Majek, who claims to be 19 and denies murder, also danced and laughed after murdering 27-year-old Rhiannon Whyte in a "vicious and frenzied attack", Wolverhampton Crown Court was told.

Prosecutors allege he stabbed her 23 times with a screwdriver at Bescot Stadium railway station on 20 October 2024. She died three days later.

Opening the case for the prosecution, Michelle Heeley KC told the jury the defendant was "clearly excited about what he had done". Mr Majek denies murder.
