As far as moving to a rural area, it would be hard to find work. Nothing wrong with wanting to move there, just helps to be aware of the the political realities wherever you move.

One of the reasons that the problem seems so bad is that there is more of a reaction from the more politically active populace. Americans are complacent and rarely have a cohesive body of opinions on anything.

I am aware of the politics abroad,just not the current demographics in certain areas.I'm most interested in the thoughts of European people who currently live there now.

I'm looking at locations and climate only; as politics,finances and longterm family concerns do not affect me now.

Actually I did live in Mexico City and other Central and South American locations years ago;and they were a pest holes even then.Yet I live very well as one of the very few privileged Whites with command of their language. Actually I found that Mexico and several South & Central American countries had many non-Indian Castilian White people from Spain,who live there for a variety of reasons.Several NS chapters were founded there then.

Eastern Germany has some no-go-zones where only Whites can enter and the people there are down-to-Earth, in comparison to their Western counterparts.
I gather that you're a retired policeman. Drawing a steady comfortable income. This is to your advantage. Because, as long as you're not drawing your livelyhood from the economy pretending to be a refugee or whatever else, nobody is going to ask you to justify your existence there as a White man. This goes for every European country, in general.
The most racially pure European countries are found in Scandinavia. Iceland, Finland and the Faroe Islands are the 3 which immediately answer my recollection. Icelandic is the easiest language ro learn, from the 3 countries mentioned. the Finnish language is the most difficult. Although, Swedish is spoken as a 2nd language in the very southwest of Finland bordering Sweden. Swedish is easy to learn.
Estonia is probably the most racially pure non-Slavic country among the former Soviet republics. There are a lot of ethnic Russians there. But, they occupy the eastern ghetto near the Russian border. If you plan living near the wastern Baltic coast, days might go by where you might not even run into any non-Estonians. The Baltic countries are inexpensive, for those retiring on western currency.
Switzerland has enclaves where you can leave your car unlocked. But, Swiss life can be very expensive.
The very north of Italy and Austria have predominately racially pure enclaves
also. But, quality of life there depends on what your particular tastes demand.
Since you haven't gone into detail on what you expect from any society, I can't answer you in detail, as of yet.

But mostly, Europe is just god damn wonderful. I lived there for more than 2 years, living in Spain, and travelling through Europe. I didn't get to Eastern Europe, Sweden, Norway, or Finland. It was all great. I never wanted to return to the US. Of course, I wanted to see my family (this was more than thirty years ago,) but other than that, I would gladly have lived out my life in Spain or any European country. I've been back, but only as a tourist. I don't like that. I was offered a job near Paris in 1991 with a French engineering firm, but my parents were dying on me, and by the time that resolved, the job opportunity was gone.

Learning a second or third language is not impossible. I learned Spanish, almost fluently, and French well enough that most French would actually prefer to speak French to me, not English. I even managed to get rooms, acquire beer, and find the bathrooms in German. If you live in a country, you can easily learn to speak conversationally within a year, and the process is fun.

I retired in June and will be leaving the US this coming Spring, after I sell my house. I will not be moving to Europe, at least not right away. I have an intermediate stop for a year or two. If I get my finances in good enough shape to move to expensive Europe, then I shall move there.

Europe 30 years ago was nothing like Europe today. The gap between the quality of life in the US and that in central European countries is progressively narrowing. About the only place to run are into the outskirts.
As previously mentioned, Finnland and Iceland are probably the Whitest. Norway wasn't mentioned. I wonder how things are there now True, Finnland is certainly unatractive to Muds, because of the language complexity. Muds are even too stupid to learn reasonable languages like German.
