The American Founders provided the amendment process to CLARIFY not CHANGE the Constitution. The liberals may not REPLACE the Constitution with the Communist Manifesto. The American Founders wrote the Constitution to STAND, not to be TORN DOWN. Amendments that clarified that Americans always had and always will have the right to speak freely and carry guns are examples of, not changing it, but making the Constitution CLEAR to traitors and insurrectionists who would deliberately misinterpret the Constitution. The merit of an idea is not important, its constitutionality is. An early form of the word amend was emend which meant “take out the fault” – clarify, don’t change. All amendments that change the Constitution and the original intent of the American Founders are invalid and must be REPEALED. The definition of amend follows:

I know this is off topic but there is nowhere else to post it. INCOGMAN has been shut down along with 73,000 other WordPress blogs! Free speech is gone my friends. This is alarming. Torrent news site TorrentFreak is now reporting that WordPress host Blogetery has been shut down by United States authorities… along with all 73,000 Blogetery-hosted blogs.
Although details are still very tentative, here’s what we know: Blogetery’s entire site has been taken down, and the company’s ISP is claiming that they had to terminate Blogetery’s account immediately after being ordered to do so by law enforcement officials, “due to material hosted on the server.”
“This was not a typical case, in which suspension and notification would be the norm,” Blogetery’s ISP said. “This was a critical matter brought to our attention by law enforcement officials. We had to immediately remove the server.”
Although TorrentFreak speculates that this is part of a recent Homeland Security effort to take down file sharing sites, that doesn’t quite make sense: surely in that case Blogetery would have been asked to pull specific infringing blogs, not have the rug yanked out from under them.
No, the extreme response taken here by U.S. Authorities implies some sort of believed terrorist connection or child pornography ring, not just a handful of warez and MP3 blogs. Even so, though, unless Blogetery itself is suspect of harboring terrorists or child pornographers, it’s hard to condone this sort of extreme action that has instantly silenced over 73,000 users, the majority of whom are doubtlessly innocent of any wrong-doing.
Hopefully, we’ll get more details of this developing story soon.

Interesting. In Russia, there was a file sharing site called noname dot ru (if I post the url the spam filter will eat my post) whose server was seized by the Russian gov’t earlier this year. They countered with legal action and were back up in a matter of days. Meanwhile, US gov’t can shut down sites with impunity and there is no legal recourse. I used to think living in America was preferable to living in European countries in terms of avoiding draconian laws but now I realize that was naivety. Things have really taken a totalitarian turn in the last few years. But, this is ZOG’s world HQ after all.

Pardon me but in the 1970’s I noticed a LOT of ostensibly affirmative action AmerIndians and mestizos in the National Park Service and U.S. Forest Service. I see a isproportionate number of mestizos in the U.S. Border Patrol today. So their at least getting tongue-tied, if not turning a blind eye to their “racial” kinsmen, should not surprise.
Always one to try to use the most descriptive term and eschew slang, calling a spade a Black, as it were and, anticipating amnesty, I submit that upwardly mobile federal agents should consider the political currency of the term “yet undocumented Democrat.”

I believe most of the Forest Service is comprised of Whites. Coons, Spics, Arabs and Orientals don’t like the woods and most Injuns live out on the Plains, so they aren’t familiar with forests either. That leaves dorky White people, the ones with VW vans, ponytails, John Lennon glasses and acoustic guitars. I hope they get eaten by cougars.
