Bombing or attacking another country is a de facto declaration of war, whether the attacker officially declares “war” or not. What does the U.S. Constitution say about who can declare war? “The Congress shall have power…To declare war, grant letters of marque and reprisal, and make rules concerning captures on land and water;” That’s the war powers clause in the Constitution, from Article 1, Section 8. Only Congress can declare war. A president cannot wage war just anytime he feels like it. Nonetheless, ever since the Korean War, presidents have been ordering the military to wage war all over the world, e.g., Vietnam, Panama, Grenada, Iraq, Somalia and Serbia (under the NATO flag).

    1. Tim McGreen Says:

Those Mudslum terrorists/extremists/fundamentalists (or whatever the Jews are calling them this week) must be laughing themselves silly, as they munch on their fried pork-rinds and wash ’em down with malt liquor. As if a couple of ZOG air strikes are going to stop ISIS or their ideology from spreading like wildfire all over the Near East and beyond. Those wild-eyed rag-heads don’t have to do a thing to destroy Amerikwa, because Amerikwa is doing that all by itself.

After this Jew-orchestrated madness is over and the USSA collapses it will have to be divided up into a dozen smaller republics, so that it can never threaten the world again. It certainly will be fun to watch the Jews and their goy flunkies beg for their worthless lives as they are about to get crucified or burned at the stake by mobs of revenge-seeking Mohammedans.

Good observation, Tim McGreen. The Anglo, French, Jew alliance are the true war mongers in the Middle East. And the so – called coalition against ISIS is largely coercion. The royalty in Saudi, UAE, etc., will do as requested to maintain their position and lavish lifestyle. They too will lose their heads when the house comes down.

The Federal creature on the Potomac is a government that makes war the only means of supporting itself. How else could it justify such an obese existence? The international money scheme is on thin ice. And the aforementioned alliance wants to save it. Such a backward outfit is going the way of the dinosaur.

WE starting shutting down right after Nixon was made to apologize to the kike created PRC commies Mao and his gang of MFERS.

With Western equipment, know how, machine and die tools they would be be chop, chopping chink bastards, with kike helpers from their filthy day one.

      Correction

With out Western equipment, know how, with the machine and die tools business’s bought up with junk bond money, and shipped out of this country back in the 1980’s the Chinese would be just another fly. We were top of the heap modern machine and die tools making machines that made machines, we were the best in the World and 72% of entire World’s market too, bringing in billions, -plus paying highly skilled White men great wages back then for quality skilled work too.

    5. Joe Says:

It is the judicial branch of our government that has failed the greatest in its Constitutional duties. It is (was) their job to interpret the laws written (Article 1 – Section 8) and put their collective feet down on the other two branches when these laws are breached. The Jews must have a LOT of dirt on them to keep them silent… especially because they don’t have to worry about being re-elected to their undeserved positions. Of course, 3 of the justices are of the tribe, so it’s actually 6 that are useless coward puppets.
